Mission Foods seeks an experienced HR leader to serve a plant in the United States. The role reports to the Regional Director of Human Resources and provides full HR service, advice, and counsel to management and staff to align people strategy with business goals.

You will recruit, onboard, and develop talent; coach teams in performance, communication, and conflict resolution; and partner with Safety to ensure a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing.
• SPHR or PHR certification preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Responsabilités

• Provide HR services and counsel to plant management and staff aligned with business strategy.
• Recruit, identify, and select candidates to fill vacant plant positions.
• Onboard new hires and process exits; manage payroll, benefits, and records.
• Coach employees and managers in communication and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate with Safety to ensure health and safety compliance.
• Oversee performance management and compensation planning.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and laws; manage HR data analysis.
