Sabrosura Foods, LLC is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to plant leadership in Monticello, WI. You will align HR practices with business goals, drive employee engagement, and support organizational performance on the production floor.

The role requires hands-on HR leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, strong coaching, and data-driven workforce strategies to improve retention, compliance, and overall employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field or equivalent experience.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
• 5+ years HR experience, including 2+ years in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to plant leadership, providing strategic HR guidance.
• Lead employee relations activities including investigations and corrective actions.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning to stabilize staffing.
• Coach leaders on performance management and leadership development.
• Identify training needs and develop programs to improve supervisor effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, manage HR operations and records.
