US Foods is seeking a senior HR leader to act as a trusted advisor to Area Staff and local management, aligning HR strategy with business objectives and driving field execution.

You will mentor HR Managers, lead the area HR team, handle complex employee relations, oversee talent planning and investigations, and partner with Region and Functional Partners to mitigate risk while traveling about 10%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years HR experience with increasing responsibility.
• Labor relations experience required.
• Ability to build relationships at senior levels.
• Must have direct HR leadership experience.
• 50% travel required.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Drive achievement of key results for the area.
• Influence business strategy based on employee and labor relations implications.
• Participate in meetings with Business Leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives.
• Collaborate with HR and other teams to implement new policies and processes area-wide.
• Lead talent planning and management including PIP and STR.
• Conduct investigations of complex Employee Relations issues.
• Advise Area Leaders on complex ER issues and manage risk; participate in termination approvals.
