You will guide employee relations, compensation, retention, and safety initiatives, partnering with plant and corporate leadership to advance priorities. The role requires strong data analysis, credible leadership, and the ability to travel up to 50% to support sites including Phoenix, AZ; Fort Worth, TX; Perry, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
• At least three years of human resources management experience.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Demonstrated leadership and employee relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate HR functions for a dynamic snack food manufacturing and logistics company with more than 500+ employees.
• Provide strategic HR guidance and deliver plant and company priorities in employee relations, retention, compensation, and other key areas.
• Manage plant- and corporate-level projects as assigned.
• Partner with associates, supervisors, and leaders to improve retention across the company.
• Coach and advise managers, supervisors, and hourly associates on employee relations initiatives, training, and policy interpretation.
