Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 5+ years in progressive HR management, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
• Expertise in Oregon employment law and compliance guidance.
• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting and workforce development.
• Strong HR analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee interactions with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to design and implement HR strategies aligned to goals.
• Analyze turnover, engagement, and time-to-fill; demonstrate impact.
• Lead HR team as confidential resource for employee concerns.
• Conduct stay, exit, and post-hire interviews; drive action plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal and Oregon employment laws.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing workforce.
• Coordinate training and development; drive accountability through reviews.
• Allocate HR resources to support operations and business goals.
