Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Human Resources Manager to be a strategic partner to the manufacturing plant leadership, driving a high-performance culture and aligning HR initiatives with operational goals.

The role requires 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. Strong HRIS experience, preferably Workday, and a proven track record in staffing, onboarding, and employee development are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IR, or related field.
• 10+ years HR experience with 3+ in supervision; manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred).

Responsibilities

• Partner with site operations leaders to design proactive employee relations programs that foster morale and engagement.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all levels.
• Lead staffing and recruitment activities, including manpower planning and full-cycle recruiting for salaried staff.
• Oversee onboarding, background checks, drug screenings, offers, and orientation.
• Maintain HR systems and payroll records; ensure compliance.
• Oversee leaves of absence, unemployment claims, and policy compliance.
• Conduct investigations and guide management on issue resolution.
• Lead training and development, including performance reviews and leadership development with Corporate L&OD.
• Administer corrective action processes aligned with company values.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR on communications, compensation, benefits, and policy development.
• Manage local compensation programs and wage rate administration; recommend annual increases.
• Support benefits administration and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with corporate HR teams on projects and initiatives.
• Provide leadership to HR staff and oversee engagement events.
