US Foods is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager (HRM) to support the Area Director of HR in delivering talent and people strategies. You will drive recruitment, policy interpretation, employee relations, performance management, and training across the market while upholding safety culture and engagement.

The role involves partnering with union facilities, supporting labor negotiations, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years HR experience, with at least 4 in professional role.
• Experience consulting with and advising management teams.
• Familiarity with ADA, FMLA, EEOC, FLSA, Title VII regulations.

• Support area HR leadership in executing staff strategies and programs.
• Lead investigations and partner with Compliance, Legal, and leaders.
