Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Manager, Human Resources to drive HR strategy across recruitment, employee relations and equal opportunity commitments. You will partner with leadership to implement initiatives supporting rapid-scale transformation and workforce excellence.

This hybrid role balances hands-on ticketing, emails and reporting with strategic coaching, talent management and performance development across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, organizational behavior, or related field.
• 5+ years of Human Resource Generalist experience in a multi-location environment.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws and procedures.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligning with business objectives.
• Provide consultative HR support to managers on performance management and organizational change.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADAA).
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, and policy administration.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding and retention strategies while ensuring EEO and affirmative action requirements.
• Manage HR operations including payroll, benefits enrollment, unemployment and workers' compensation.
