Spectrum is seeking a Manager, Human Resources in Phoenix, AZ to drive HR strategy across recruitment, employee relations and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. You will partner with leadership to design initiatives that meet business goals and improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, organizational behavior, related field or equivalent.

• Design and implement HR strategies with leadership to meet objectives.
• Provide consultative HR support on performance management and development.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA).
• Oversee employee relations, investigations and policy administration.
