Spectrum is hiring a Manager, Human Resources to shape HR strategy across recruitment, employee relations and equal opportunity initiatives. You’ll partner with leadership to resolve complex issues in a fast-paced transformation environment and coach leaders for performance and development.

The role balances tactical tickets and strategic support, requiring strong relationship-building and confidentiality across a multi-location organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, organizational behavior, related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Human Resource Generalist experience in a multi-location environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Provide consultative HR support to managers on performance and development.
• Ensure legal compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
• Oversee employee relations investigations and fairness in policy administration.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and retention while ensuring EEO and affirmative action requirements.
• Manage HR operations including payroll, benefits, and HRIS maintenance.
