Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Manager, Human Resources to partner with leadership in Raleigh, NC, and support RapidScale’s transformation with strategic HR initiatives and hands-on operations. The role balances tactical tasks, such as tickets and reporting, with coaching and employee relations in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management and talent development while ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, organizational behavior, related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Human Resource Generalist experience in a multi-location environment.
• Knowledge of local state and federal employment laws and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to design and implement short and long term HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
• Provide consultative HR support to managers on performance management, development, and organizational change.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding and retention strategies with compliance.
• Manage HR operations including payroll, benefits enrollment, unemployment and workers' compensation claims, HRIS maintenance and communications.
