Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, organizational behaviour, related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Human Resource Generalist experience in a multi-location environment.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
• Provide consultative HR support to managers on performance, development and change.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
• Oversee employee relations investigations and policy administration.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding and retention with EEO and affirmative action compliance.
• Manage HR operations: payroll, benefits, unemployment and workers' compensation claims.
• Lead and develop HR staff, participate in labor relations and budget management.
