Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Manager, Human Resources to drive HR strategy across recruitment, employee relations and equal opportunity employment. You will partner with leadership to implement initiatives that align with Spectrum's business goals and customer experience improvements.

The role requires a robust background in HR generalist functions, multi-location experience, and strong knowledge of employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational behavior, or related field.
• 5+ years HR Generalist experience in a multi-location environment.
• Strong knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement short and long-term HR strategies with leadership to support objectives.
• Provide consultative HR support to managers on performance management, development, and change.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA).
• Oversee employee relations investigations and ensure fair policy administration.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding and retention strategies with EEO and affirmative action.
• Manage HR operations including payroll, benefits enrollment, unemployment and workers’ compensation, HRIS maintenance, and HR communications.
• Lead and develop direct reports, participate in labor negotiations and manage the HR budget.
