Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience
• 5+ years of HR leadership, or 5+ years in operations/retail/logistics related leadership roles
• Experience implementing data‑driven workforce solutions and HR metrics
• Experience supporting or leading onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of HR professionals to drive operational excellence and employee experience
• Partner with business leaders to strengthen culture and deliver results through data‑driven workforce solutions
• Drive talent management and development across all levels, coaching leaders to build high‑performing teams
