Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks an HR Manager to act as a strategic partner on the People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team. You’ll drive leadership development, employee experience, culture, and change management, balancing automation with human insights.

You will lead a diverse HR team, partner with business leaders, and drive data-driven HR initiatives across sites with about half the time spent traveling regionally. Onsite at Amazon facilities is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years HR leadership or 2+ years operations/other leadership experience.
• 5+ years of HR leadership, or 2+ years leadership in operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, or manufacturing.
• Experience implementing data-driven workforce solutions and HR metrics.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of HR professionals to drive operational excellence and employee experience.
• Partner with business leaders to strengthen culture and deliver results through data-driven HR solutions.
• Drive talent management and development across all levels with fair talent processes.
• Monitor employee sentiment and hold leaders accountable for positive experiences with action plans.
• Champion change leadership and stakeholder management to remove adoption barriers.
• Lead adoption of HR technology solutions and develop digital fluency within the team.
• Own end-to-end PXT operational excellence with rigorous process execution and data usage.
• Split time between home site and travel across region (~50% travel).
