Amazon NACF PXT is seeking an HR Manager to lead a diverse HR team, drive operational excellence, and partner with business leaders to improve culture and employee experience at the Dallas site. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, leadership development, and technology-enabled HR transformations.

You will work onsite, translating priorities into actionable plans, managing leadership development, and ensuring strong employee experiences align with company policies and legal compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
• 5+ years of HR leadership or related operations leadership
• Experience supporting employee onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management
• Experience using data-driven HR metrics to meet department goals

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse HR team to drive operational excellence and employee experience
• Partner with business leaders to strengthen culture and deliver results
• Drive talent management and development across all levels
