Job summary

Amazon's NACF PXT group seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to lead a diverse HR team and partner with business leaders on strategic talent initiatives. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, risk management, and scalable HR solutions in a high-volume fulfillment environment.

The Sr. HRBP will leverage analytics and AI tools to inform leadership, foster a culture of inclusion, and drive organizational health across locations with up to 6,000 associates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 5+ years of human resources experience or mix of equivalent experiences.
• Experience using data and high-judgement to drive business decisions.
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, talent management).
• Preferred: Master's Degree or MBA.
