Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
• Familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws and wage and hour regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Spectrum policies consistently and communicate policy changes across assigned areas.
• Advise and counsel employees on workplace conflicts, performance matters and investigations.
• Oversee leave of absence programs and coordinate accommodations.
• Lead benefits enrollment meetings and training on policies and benefits.
• Maintain accurate HRIS and payroll entries and ensure compliance.
• Support bonus plans, merit processes, and HR budgeting initiatives.
