Amazon is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with NASC leadership and business goals, driving employee experience, culture, and change management. Qualifications

Data-driven decision making experience.
Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
5+ years HR experience or equivalent (e.g., operations, retail, distribution).
Experience leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and talent management.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a diverse team of HR professionals and coach them to become strategic partners.
Drive risk identification and mitigation using data insights and partnerships across functions.
Shape the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health and drive HR innovations.
