Job summary

Qualifications

• Data-driven decision making experience.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 5+ years HR experience or equivalent (e.g., operations, retail, distribution).
• Experience leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of HR professionals and coach them to become strategic partners.
• Drive risk identification and mitigation using data insights and partnerships across functions.
• Shape the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health and drive HR innovations.
• Partner with business leadership to develop integrated talent strategies and succession planning.
• Lead analytics and AI tool usage to uncover patterns and inform decisions for senior stakeholders.
