Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC's HR Business Partner partners with business leaders to deliver talent management, employee engagement, and internal customer service initiatives, balancing strategic and tactical work onsite at an Amazon facility.

You will guide leadership on performance, development, and employee relations, using data analytics to drive improvements and champion inclusive HR practices across a large hourly workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 2+ years HR experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, retail, distribution).
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and guiding policy-aligned decisions.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, predict challenges, and implement proactive solutions at the site level.
• Drive employee engagement strategies and recognition programs and maintain floor presence for insights.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and complex employee relations matters.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development and advancement decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service.
