Automatic Data Processing, Inc. in Clanton, Alabama, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations across locations and ensure compliance with laws while aligning with strategic goals.

The HR Manager will support employees, supervisors and management with staffing, compensation, benefits, performance management, and policy administration. Strong leadership, communication, and ADP payroll/HRIS experience are essential.

Competenze

• B.A./B.S. degree in HR, business, psychology or related field. HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) desired.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role; preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience using ADP HRIS System and Payroll Processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and judgment with timely analysis.
• High integrity, dependability, urgency, and results orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Work effectively in a team.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage HR functions across multiple locations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development.
• Serve as trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Strategic development and implementation of HR policies supporting company objectives and positive work environment.
• Monitor and respond to employee inquiries related to HR topics and HRIS navigation.
• Update employee records in HRIS, maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
• Process payroll within the ADP system (weekly, bi-weekly and monthly).
• Provide day-to-day coaching to leadership on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, policy interpretation.
• Maintain HR files with accurate documentation on employee relations cases; ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain understanding of current legal standards; ensure compliance and minimize risk in daily management.
• Manage leave programs (personal, STD, LTD, FMLA).
• Manage COBRA process.
• Prepare reports on employee activities (training, evaluations, changes, terminations).
• Respond timely to unemployment claims and deadlines.
• Collaborate with senior management to address strategic HR needs.
• Monitor HR metrics and drive data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws at all locations.
• Foster continuous improvement and professional development. HR certification demonstrated.
