Vervic Inc. in Decatur, AL seeks a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support payroll and HR operations in a manufacturing environment. You will handle payroll data, employee records, benefits administration, and daily HR tasks under the HR Director.

Ideal candidates have payroll experience with ADP, strong Excel/Office skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while meeting tight payroll deadlines.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in HR.
• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using ADP payroll software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
• Strong computer skills and experience with spreadsheets, payroll systems, and HR databases.
• Working knowledge of Human Resources processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Dependable, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.

Responsabilidades

• Print and distribute employee timesheets daily and balance them for accuracy.
• Enter verified hours into the ADP payroll system and track time off requests.
• Maintain payroll-related spreadsheets and records with high accuracy.
• Provide daily HR admin support to the HR Director and manage employee records.
• Assist with benefits administration, invoices, and COBRA documentation.
• Organize HR reports and maintain documentation across systems and ERP.
• Support special projects and other admin duties as assigned.
