Qualifications

• 3-5 years HR Generalist experience
• Continuing Education requirements necessary to maintain PHR/SPHR credentials and achieve the CA PHR, if not already certified
• Bachelor's Degree or demonstrated equivalent experience
• PHR or SPHR certification is required within 12 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Holds the responsibility to ensure client privacy and client information is protected.
• Provide best practice HR support to client contacts representing all levels of their organizational structure across various industries.
• Use independent judgment in determining the appropriate information to provide to the client and the level of detail needed for understanding.
• Guide clients through complex HR issues and employee relations matters.
• Provide recommendations for effective problem resolution in line with standards and policies.
• Advise on formulation and administration of HR plans and policies.
• Research information and analyze data to provide best practice HR advice.
• Prepare written communications for clients on complex issues.
• Support internal ADP teams with HR best practices and Help Desk scope of services.

Education

Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent experience

PHR or SPHR certification within 12 months of start date
