Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Human Resources Manager to provide strategic and hands-on leadership of HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

The role partners with operations to drive workforce planning, culture, organizational development, and compliance with FMLA, ADA, ERISA and COBRA while leveraging ADP HRIS and ATS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible HR experience, including employee relations and supervisory experience.
• Professional HR certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
• Experience using ADP or a comparable HRIS.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, COBRA) and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and recruitment processes via ATS.
• Oversee orientation and new-hire administration.
• Partner with Operations to develop onboarding programs.
• Oversee performance management processes and evaluations.
• Provide leadership on employee relations, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with ERISA/ COBRA.
• Lead change management related to restructuring and culture.
• Monitor compliance with employment laws at federal, state, and local levels.
• Use HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
