• Recruit and interview candidates; collaborate with managers to define required skills.
• Conduct background checks and verify eligibility.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and recognition programs.
• Administer compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Handle inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors; escalate as needed.
• Attend disciplinary meetings, terminations, investigations; ensure compliance.
• Stay updated on employment laws and industry best practices.
• Assist with health and safety, training, and development.
