The role requires 2+ years in payroll, HR, or related fields, proficiency with payroll systems, and strong detail orientation. You will collaborate across teams to ensure compliant, confidential handling of employee information and ongoing HR processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in payroll, HR, recruiting, benefits, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage payroll processes.
• Recruit and handle job postings.
• Handle all new hire onboarding of employees.
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment and general benefits information.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, employee communications, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure consistent, professional, and confidential handling of employee information and HR processes.
