Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• PHR or SPHR preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience as an HR Consultant.
• Experience in skilled nursing industry and multi-site environments preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience, especially ADP WorkForce Now.

Responsibilities

• Support facility leadership with performance management, disciplinary discussions and employee relations.
• Ensure fair, consistent interpretation and application of HR policy and law.
• Provide HR guidance during facility initiatives and onboarding.
• Travel to sites; conduct site visits at least monthly.
• Conduct HR audits and report results; address compliance and investigations.
