Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City seeks an HR Business Intelligence Data Analyst to design system-level workforce intelligence and provide data-driven insights across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Pay, Rewards, and Administrative HR functions.

As a key advisor, you will influence how workforce information is viewed at the System level—bringing clarity to complexity and creating connections across lines—helping leaders see the story behind the numbers and guiding strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Typically requires 10-15 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree with specialization in information technology from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced to mastery understanding of subject with depth or breadth of expertise.
Thought leadership in solving complex business problems to maximize value and outcomes.
Performs work independently; may lead a team and coach others.

Responsibilities

Design/system-level workforce intelligence across the employee lifecycle.
Shape how workforce information is structured and presented at the System level.
Develop and evolve workforce intelligence frameworks for strategic decision making.
Identify meaningful workforce patterns and system-level trends.
Provide horizontal visibility across the system and connect insights to priorities.
Partner with other lines to align workforce insights with broader metrics.
Translate data into executive-ready narratives and inform leadership.
