Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is seeking an HR Business Intelligence Data Analyst to lead system-level workforce intelligence initiatives. You will design, develop, and mature workforce analytics that span talent acquisition, pay, rewards, and HR operations across the Federal Reserve System.

You will translate complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives, partnering with cross-functional teams and the Data Product Owner to shape product strategy and reporting.

• Translate workforce data into executive-ready narratives and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Data Product Owner to inform system priorities and product evolution.
