Job summary
The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is seeking an HR Business Intelligence Data Analyst to design and develop system-wide workforce intelligence across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Pay, Rewards, and Administrative HR functions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate workforce data into executive-ready narratives, and influence system-level decisions. This role is onsite with multiple U.S. locations including St. Louis, MO.
Qualifications
- Typically requires at least 10-15 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree with specialization in an information technology field, or equivalent combination of directly related education and/or experience.
- Advanced to mastery understanding of subject. Has specialized depth and/or substantial breadth of expertise in discipline.
- Performs work independently. Coaches, delegates, and reviews work of less experienced staff, possibly leading a team.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop system-level workforce intelligence.
- Synthesize insights across the system and provide horizontal visibility.
- Partner with Finance to align workforce metrics with organizational goals.
- Translate workforce data into executive-ready narratives.
