Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is seeking an HR Business Intelligence Data Analyst to elevate workforce insights across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Pay, Rewards, and Administrative HR. You’ll design system-wide intelligence, partner with Finance, and translate data into executive-ready narratives in a full-time onsite capacity.

Qualifications

Typically requires at least 10-15 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree with specialization in an information technology field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of directly related education and/or experience.
Advanced to mastery understanding of subject. Has specialized depth and/or substantial breadth of expertise in discipline.
Serves as a thought leader for solving complex business problems with innovative solutions and approaches that maximize business value and desired outcomes.
Performs work independently, coaches and reviews the work of less experienced staff.
