Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is seeking an HR Business Intelligence Data Analyst to shape system-wide workforce intelligence across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with HR, Finance, and other lines to translate data into strategic insights that inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Architect system workforce perspective across the employee lifecycle.
Shape how workforce information is structured and presented system-wide.
Develop workforce intelligence frameworks for strategic decision-making.
Identify workforce patterns and system-level trends.

Collaborate with Finance to align insights with broader organizational metrics.
Support cross-functional reporting integrating workforce, finance, and other operational perspectives.
