Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is seeking an HR Business Intelligence Data Analyst to shape system-wide workforce intelligence. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Design and develop system-level workforce intelligence across the employee lifecycle.
Synthesize insights and provide horizontal visibility across the system.
Partner with Finance and other lines to align workforce metrics with organizational goals.
Translate workforce data into executive-ready narratives and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with the Data Product Owner to align intelligence with HRPSC strategy.
