Meta is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our tech and business organizations. The role blends hands-on and strategic work to cultivate an innovative community on our teams.

You will partner with Recruiting, L&D, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs to scale the business and drive talent development. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in HRBP or equivalent, with experience in global or matrixed organizations, data-driven decision making, and change management.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
• Experience scaling global and/or matrixed organizations.
• Solid judgment and risk assessment experience.
• Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills.
• Effective communication and critical thinking.
• Empathy and inclusion work experience.
• Project management and change management experience.
• Experience using data to identify insights for action with business stakeholders.
• Thrives in a changing environment and builds cross-team relationships.
• Interest in integrating AI tools to optimize workflows.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver scalable solutions with focus on growth and strategic planning.
• Provide strategic business partnership, coaching, and thought leadership.
• Assess team and organizational development needs and implement solutions.
• Provide data analysis and reporting aligned to business needs.
• Drive talent management strategies and development plans.
• Manage the Performance Summary Cycle and annual engagement surveys.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, L&D, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams.
• Work with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution.
• Support Employee Relations with appropriate guidance.
• Design and lead team/offsite meetings and projects within HR.
• Participate actively in the extended HR community projects.
