• Assess team, manager, and organizational development needs and implement solutions.
• Provide data analysis and reporting aligned to business needs.
• Drive talent management strategies and individual development plans.
• Lead the Performance Summary Cycle and annual employee engagement surveys.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, L&D, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams.
• Partner with regional HR to align with global strategy and ER support.
• Plan and facilitate team and offsite meetings.
• Lead cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.
