Qualifications

• 5+ years (or MBA/MA/MS with 4+ years or PhD with 3+ years) in consulting or corporate work using data to drive actions.
• Experience in analytics, management consulting, sales ops, finance, compensation, or related areas.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and quantitative research; ability to interpret data.
• Project management with multiple stakeholders and prioritization.
• Experience working with enterprise-level clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate technical results to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify business-relevant insights and develop executive-level presentations to influence people strategy.
• Act as an internal consultant and partner to HR and leaders, delivering insights and scalable solutions.
• Define metrics to measure the impact of people initiatives.
• Manage multiple concurrent cross-functional projects while balancing business needs.
• Deliver analytical findings to leadership audiences.
• Leverage Python, R, SQL, Tableau to build models and extract insights.
• Ensure data privacy and governance when deploying AI technologies.
