Job summary

Veolia is seeking an HR Business Partner to support employees across the business units. You will implement HR strategies, drive talent management, onboarding, performance and compliance, and deliver data-driven insights to leadership.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with executives and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver exceptional service while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years related hr experience, multi-state matrix environment preferred.
• Executive client HR support experience required.
• Knowledge of Health and Welfare plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR SME to managers and employees.
• Collaborate with leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Ensure talent management, onboarding, employee relations and compliance.
• Handle investigations of workplace policy violations and mediations.
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation and conflict resolution.
• Support change management and organizational restructuring initiatives.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with HR Center of Excellence for program delivery.
