Job summary

Veolia in North America is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a multi-state, multi-functional organization. You will provide strategic HR guidance, lead talent management and onboarding, and ensure compliant employee relations.

The role partners with leadership to execute HR initiatives, manage performance, and foster a diverse, inclusive culture. A bachelor’s degree and 6+ years’ experience are required, with ADP/SuccessFactors familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required.
• 6+ years related work experience with multi-state matrix support preferred.
• Experience providing HR support to executive clients required.
• General knowledge of Health and Welfare plans.
• HRIS experience with ADP/SuccessFactors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR expert to managers and employees.
• Provide strategic counsel on HR initiatives to meet business goals.
• Support onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Guide managers on complex employee relations issues and policy interpretation.
• Ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.
• Foster an inclusive culture and career development.
• Conduct investigations and support organizational change initiatives.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities.
