• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
• 6+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in strategic HR within a multi-state matrix.
• Experience providing HR support to executive clients is required.
• Knowledge of Health and Welfare plans.
• Experience with HRIS systems; ADP/SuccessFactors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR subject matter expert to managers and employees.
• Provide strategic counsel on HR initiatives to support business objectives.
• Ensure HR delivers customer-oriented services including onboarding and employee relations.
• Coach managers on handling complex employee relations issues.
• Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Contribute to talent management and organizational effectiveness.
