Verizon is seeking a strategic HR business partner to coach senior leaders and shape organizational effectiveness. You will drive talent strategies, design agile structures, and support change initiatives across the business.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with finance and business leaders to forecast talent needs, oversee leadership development, and use data to inform decisions that improve performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience.
• Six+ years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
• Experience in Human Resources.
• Proven success driving large-scale change management initiatives, organizational redesigns, and talent pipeline strategies that produced measurable business impact.
• Exceptional executive presence.
