Responsibilities

• Lead strategic workforce planning efforts for assigned business units and bring best practices to the enterprise approach.
• Partner with leaders to identify future workforce needs, talent risks, and capability gaps.
• Advise on organizational design, reporting structures, role architecture, and spans of control.
• Leverage workforce analytics and business data to develop insights and recommendations.
• Partner with leaders on talent strategy, succession planning, retention, career development, and performance management.
• Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations matters, investigations, corrective action, and terminations.
• Lead and support change management initiatives tied to organizational and workforce transformation.
• Align talent strategies with broader business objectives and organizational priorities.
• Support employee engagement and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide HR projects and strategic workforce planning initiatives.
