Vensure in the United States seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to drive client success through compliant HR solutions, employee relations, and strategic guidance. This role partners with executive clients to understand business models and workforce needs while delivering tailored HR programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience required.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and payroll regulations.
• Proficient with MS Office and HRIS/Payroll platforms.
• Excellent communication, analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Executive- and Elite-tier clients focusing on HR compliance.
• Understand client business models, workforce goals and drivers.
• Provide guidance across industries on employment laws and payroll regs.
• Deliver tailored HR solutions aligned with internal standards.
• Resolve employee relations matters and investigations with documentation.
• Advise on investigations, coaching, leaves, terminations, etc.
• Develop and recommend HR tools: handbooks, job descriptions, PTO plans, performance systems.
• Identify regulatory concerns and support client retention.
• Promote adoption of HR compliance tools and services.
• Document interactions in HRIS and analyze data trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage escalations and service plans.
• Monitor SLAs and deliverables; communicate updates to clients.
• Stay current on employment laws and HR best practices.
• On-site presence; some domestic travel for client/sites visits.
