Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to provide day-to-day HR support for a portfolio of lower- to mid-complexity clients under guidance from a Manager or Senior HRBP. You will assist with employee relations, compliance guidance, and standardized HR solutions while developing expertise in employment laws, HR programs, and service delivery.

This on-site role collaborates with legal, payroll, and operations teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely service

Qualifications

• Foundational HR principles including employee relations and leaves.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and compliance concepts.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms; PRISM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance on employment and payroll compliance with guidance from managers.
• Assist in delivering standardized HR solutions per policies and frameworks.
• Support employee relations matters and basic investigations with documentation.
