Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Global HR Specialist, US to deliver tailored HR services, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide clients on federal and state requirements. You will consult, implement HR deliverables, and help align client policies with best practices to boost retention and growth.

The role requires strong HR knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across regions, with travel to client sites as needed and mentorship to HRBPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field (or equivalent).
• 2–4 years HR experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn other applications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on federal and state HR compliance requirements.
• Deliver HR services, handbooks, job descriptions, performance systems, and salary benchmarking.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure successful transitions and retention.
