Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to deliver customized HR services with a focus on compliance and strategic guidance across multiple states. This role mentors HRBPs and partners with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure regulatory adherence.

The position requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 5+ years HR experience, and strong MS Office and HRIS skills. Travel to client sites may be required, with on-site duties at GA locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education preferred.
• 5+ years of HR experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and demonstrated ability to learn other applications as needed.
• Experience with various HRIS and payroll platforms preferred.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized HR services focusing on compliance and strategic HR needs for clients.
• Advise on federal and state compliance requirements and complete HR service functions.
• Mentor and support HR Business Partners and Associate HR Business Partners.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
• Lead investigations and advise on employee relations, reductions in force, and separations.
