Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide generalist HR support to hourly employees and business leaders in a fast-paced environment. You will drive talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence while leveraging data-driven insights to impact business outcomes.

This role may lead a team of entry-level HR staff and own key employee experience projects. You will work onsite at an Amazon facility, partnering with leaders to foster an inclusive, high-performing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2+ years Amazon experience acceptable.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes: onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics).
• Master's Degree or MBA preferred.
• Experience supporting operational environments (manufacturing, distribution, or similar).
• Ability to train, guide, and support others in HR technologies and digital platforms to increase adoption and end-user experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with business leaders.
• Experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Strong coaching and influencing skills for guiding leaders through complex situations.
• Experience supporting employee engagement and development initiatives with measurable impacts on retention or satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns, root causes, and high-judgment decisions aligned with policy and compliance.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, predict challenges, and implement proactive solutions at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs; maintain floor presence for insights.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and team development.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR tech, AI, and self-service tools while balancing high-touch service in critical moments.
