Job summary

Humani HR is a remote-first HR consultancy. We partner with small and mid-sized businesses to provide fractional HR support and strategic guidance across employee relations, compliance, compensation, and payroll.

We seek an experienced HR Business Partner with executive presence who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will manage multiple client accounts and drive HR initiatives from strategy through execution, including policy development, audits, and payroll oversight.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive, client-facing HR experience, degree in HR or designation desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of U.S. employment law across multiple states (NY & CA preferred).
• Experience managing payroll and union relations in workplaces.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate business needs into HR objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to clients including C‑Suite executives with confidence.
• Lead HR initiatives from strategy through execution across policy, compliance, compensation, HRIS, audits, recruitment, performance management, and payroll oversight.
• Manage multiple client accounts with tailored, high-impact HR solutions.
• Build lasting client relationships to drive Humani’s growth.
