Airgas is seeking a House Account Specialist in Pottstown, PA to drive profitable sales growth within a defined territory. You will manage existing customers and pursue new accounts, leveraging Airgas’s value proposition and a consultative sales approach.

The role emphasizes AR management, reporting, and close collaboration with internal teams to meet corporate objectives. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience in solution selling.
• Experience managing customers across a defined sales territory.
• Knowledge of industrial and specialty gases or welding supply sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sales plans to service existing accounts and establish new ones.
• Cultivates customer relationships by understanding their business and needs.
• Prepares sales proposals with pricing and delivery timelines.
• Maintains and submits sales reports as required by DM.
