Job summary

Airgas USA, LLC is hiring a House Account Specialist in Winchester, VA. You will drive profitable sales growth, manage existing customers and develop new accounts within your territory, including A/R oversight and timely delivery coordination.

Experience in industrial gas or welding supply is a plus; strong communication and SAP proficiency are preferred. This full-time role offers base salary with commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of outside B2B sales experience with territory management.
• Experience in solution selling and driving profitable sales growth.
• Proven track record in managing accounts and collecting receivables.

Responsibilities

• Develops sales plans to service existing accounts and win new ones.
• Qualifies leads and cultivates customer relationships with a consultative approach.
• Quotes pricing, sets terms, and coordinates delivery with production schedules.
• Maintains territory analyses and sales reports as required.
