Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in outside business-to-business sales.
• Familiarity with industrial and specialty gases.
• Reliable transportation, current driver's license, minimum liability insurance as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process and drive profitable growth within an assigned territory.
• Meet and exceed corporate objectives for sales growth, A/R management and customer retention.
• Develop and implement sales plans to service existing accounts and establish new accounts.
• Qualify leads, quote pricing, and establish delivery timelines.
• Nurture customer relationships by understanding their business and providing consultative solutions.
• Maintain sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and communicate with internal teams.
